I had high hopes for this platform, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The service promotes itself as being more convenient than visiting a doctor, yet response times have been extremely slow. I have been waiting for a response for four days without any update.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend this platform at this time. There is significant room for improvement in customer service and response times.

I have used Nurx for years. I use it for contraceptive care and have always had pleasant experiences. I have had medications I did not like and was easily able to try new ones and was fully informed on medication instruction, educated on how the medication works, and educated on side effects.
This is a wonderful app/service I have used for years.

The online service is so handy & easy. I’ll be using this for all my needs moving forward. The home delivery option makes everything seamless and is always on time with my prescriptions.

Every month of the five months I've been with them has been a nightmare. I never gave my authorization, thus they incorrectly charged me $150 for home delivery. I never gave my consent when they started charging $150 for home delivery. When they agreed to do so every five months, they began to take ten each month. Just before I departed for a 10-day trip, they mailed my medication without my request after three weeks of being ignored by support. Their answer? For a replacement, pay an additional $75 out of pocket. Incredible.

I've had this service for 3 months and I've had issues literally each month. I wanted to use this as just a way to get my retinoid prescription sent to my pharmacy and I stated that but they still charged $90 for the delivery even though I was getting it myself. They refunded that charge and clarified to me that moving forward I would only be charged $3 every 3 months when my refill would be renewed. They then charged me $3 each month while I was out of the country for work. When I returned, I went back and forth with them for more than 2 weeks and have essentially been ghosted after being told a manager would reach out to me. I would NOT recommend this to my worst enemy. It's been incredibly frustrating.

They don't care to make things right. I ordered a prescription and I was under the impression they were going to be sending it to my pharmacy (because that's what they did last time), but instead they decided to ship it to me. They never asked. I'm going out of town tomorrow, so need it ASAP. When I called they told me there was nothing they could do about it, but they could order another Rx, send it to my pharmacy, and I would have to pay out of pocket for it. On top of that, she said there wasn't anything they could do to ensure I would get the Rx on time.

They refused to make up for the fact that I received less medicine than I had been promised. After my treatment plan was already flawed and delivered late, they kept paying me. My issues were disregarded by customer service. Tell everyone to stay away.

I got charged $60 for a Bot to tell me (over text) no phone call, no video appointment that I have a disorder I DO NOT HAVE (I have proof of my diagnosis, which I was never asked for). This is an absolute scam and I can't get a refund because of "the time it took to review" completely ripped me off.

I anticipated ease, but encountered irritation instead. The company swiftly billed me but took its time to deliver any service. Weeks later, I still have no information about my prescription's status. Assistance replies are completely unhelpful. It has been quite a frustrating experience.

After I completed my survey, it literally said it couldn't help me and that was it. What kind of website that claims its for mental health and does something like that? This website is awful, customer service is atrocious.

This works and really cleaned up my face. It will take about 3 months and you might get some more acne at first. I have been using it for over 6 months now.

Waste of time. They have condescending doctors who treat you like you’re drug seeking. What’s the point of this platform if no one prescribes anything? Most of these doctors prescribe things illegally for themselves, friends, and family anyway.

Nurx has been the most incredible company and I have had 0 issues since starting. Their team is responsive and friendly and I get acne medication as well as birth control through them. My acne improved within weeks of starting their recommended plan and I’ve been using them since 2022. I tell everyone about this company. Their shipping is fast and I’ve never had a delivery issue.
